What's this role about?
We are looking for Lead Data Scientist who has 7-12 years in Data Science and 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end lifecycle of Data Science. The candidate should have experience of driving large scale data science projects independently and can deliver cutting edge technology solutions to our customers and become the key contributor.
Here's how you'll contribute:
Lead Data Science projects as key contributor
Understand the requirements, perform feasibility analysis and deliver AI specific solutions
Start small and drive and experience in growing the scale of the project
Manage teams of data scientists and AI engineers
Create solution architecture for AI based software systems (large scale)
Skills required to contribute:
Required Skills
PhD or Masters with good thesis/ publication background are preferred.
Ability to engage with customers independently, experience in driving large scale data science projects Independently. One should be able to act as consultant as well as do deep DS/ AI work
Experience in working on AI Specific Solutions in the areas of - Chatbots, Computer vision, Image processing, Deep Learning
Deep hands-on experience of end-to-end lifecycle of Data Science (not just modelling).
Mandatory experience on Decision sciences and experience on NLP is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the recent advances in the area of DS - both tools and algorithms.
Experience in customer centric DS problem formulation and execution using cutting edge methods.
Interest and ability to quickly learn any new DS related tool/ algorithm and implement it in production
Experience in creating POCs and proposals for customers in the area of AI/ DS.
Knowledge on Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciKit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), Spacy, MongoDB, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, Flask, SparkML
Desirable
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Candidates with good thesis/ publication background are preferred.
Flexible to travel internationally (both short term and long term)
